Lana started at Edublox Krugersdorp in January 2015 in her grade 1 year. Although she was a confident, happy little girl, she experienced great anxiety when having to read in class. She almost cried daily at school as well as in her Edublox classes. Especially when she was unable to complete a task. Upon receiving her report card at the end of the second term, we were a bit worried as she received a 68% for Afrikaans, her first language.
Great was our surprise when we received her report card at the end of the year!! What a wonderful gift. All 7’s and 81% for Afrikaans. She grew tremendously in 2015 and is now an extremely confident grade 2 learner. She is eager to attend Edublox, never cries in class anymore and even assists other learners when possible. Her anxiety is no more and she reads very well.
