We Have Seen a Wonderful Change

I would like to share our journey with Edublox so far, and hope that other parents will read this and know that their children too can be helped.

Annik joined Edublox in January this year, as her year-end results for Grade 2 were starting to show a decline in both Maths and English. In addition, Annik was showing less and less enthusiasm to go to school. We were concerned that she would not be able to thrive in Grade 3.

Monique at Edublox Northcliff assessed Annik and gave us a clear indication where her areas of development needed attention. The smaller classes, the combination of the online and face-to-face sessions and the caring team at Northcliff, created an environment where Annik felt safe, supported and encouraged to do her best.

We have seen a wonderful change in Annik. She is more confident and less frustrated when doing her schoolwork, and now loves to read books more often. Her first term report for Grade 3 also showed a remarkable improvement in English and Maths.

I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Monique in particular for understanding our family’s unique circumstances, and helping us to help Annik to do so much better at school. In addition, a huge tribute to the broader team at Edublox for being so agile and adaptive to the changing circumstances in response to Covid, while remaining dedicated to helping all the children who so desperately needed their support during the upheaval of the school calendar.
